Overview

Quiklink Services LLC sends operational, work-related text messages only. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS. Message frequency varies based on active shipments, service requests, or employment-related communication. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-In Method

Opt-in to receive SMS messages from Quiklink Services LLC can be done in the following ways:

  • Website contact form: A visitor completes the optional SMS consent section on our Contact Us page, enters their mobile phone number, and voluntarily checks an unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form. Consent is not required to submit a general contact request.
  • Driver application form: An applicant completes the optional SMS consent section on our Drive With Us page, enters their mobile phone number, and voluntarily checks an unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting the application. Consent is not required to apply.

We do not use pre-checked boxes, purchased lists, or third-party lead sources for SMS opt-in. Phone numbers are collected only when provided by the user on our website forms.

Message Types

  • Freight quotes and service inquiries (freight, load status, driver updates, and dispatch coordination)
  • Load status, pickup, and delivery updates
  • Dispatch and driver coordination
  • Documentation and paperwork requests (POD/BOL)
  • Driver application and employment-related updates (driver applications, employment updates, scheduling, and work-related notifications) when opted in on the drive application form

Examples of operational messages (not marketing):

  • “Hi, this is Quiklink Services LLC. Your driver is estimated to arrive for pickup at 1:45 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  • “Delivery confirmed for load #12345. Reply HELP for assistance.”
  • “Please upload POD/BOL for your recent shipment. Reply STOP to opt out.”
